DTC Studio w/kitchenette - Best Prices!

My place is close to everything! Shops, restaurants, major highways, the light rail, parks and the Denver Tech Center. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, affordability, and great location. It comes with a kitchenette and is good for solo adventurers and business traveler. This unit is on the 3rd floor (we do not have elevators). The space We provide microwave, toaster, coffee pot, utensils , fridge, sink and cooktop. We do have BBQs on site also. The bed is king sized, and super comfortable. You have your own A/C and heat controls. We also provide linens, 3 sets of towels, expanded HD cable w/HBO, and free secured WiFi. Guest access The studio is completely private, with its own entrance. Much like a hotel room as we were originally built as a hotel! This unit is on the 3rd floor. (no one above) Sorry, but we do not have elevators. Other things to note We have a laundry room on the ground floor, open 24/7. Inside the laundry room our recycle bin is located We are NOT 4/20 friendly! If you smoke you MUST leave the building completely to do so. We are sorry, but due to allergies and accidents we do not allow pets in our units.
