Playa Turquesa 3BR, 4BA ocean view PH with loft

This beautiful 3 bedroom condo has a king bed in the master bedroom with full en suite bathroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom with full bathroom across the hall, twin beds in the 3rd bedroom with full en suite bathroom, plus a futon in the loft with a 4th bathroom with shower. It has 3 TV's with cable and private wifi, water cooler, dishwasher, stacking washer/dryer, complete with all linens including beach towels, screens on all windows, safe for your valuables, etc. The space In the dining area, there is dining for 6 in an open concept with view to the living area with L-shaped sofa plus extra seating. Between the dining and living areas is a beautiful spiral staircase to the loft area where the futon is located. There is a very large rooftop terrace accessible from the loft via sliding patio doors and there are two sun loungers available for your sunbathing pleasure. There is a spacious main floor balcony with dining for 6 plus a sofa for relaxing with an amazing ocean view, covered pergola so you can enjoy rain or shine. PLEASE NOTE THAT ELECTRICITY IS PAID EXTRA (a meter reading is taken upon arrival and again upon departure so that clients only pay for their own usage at the current rate/kW). This will be collected via Airbnb at the end of your stay via the Resolution Center. The cost of electricity pretty much depends on how much you use the A/C. It can be anywhere from $1-$2 US per day to over $10 US per day if you were to leave the A/C’s on 24/7. Other things to note You CANNOT drink the water from the faucets here. We will supply you with your first 5 gallon bottle of drinking water, a basic supply of toilet paper (a roll in each bathroom), a bar of soap, two Tide pods, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish cloth and a couple of garbage bags. You will be responsible for any subsequent refills. The local mini markets will deliver replacement 5 gallon bottles to the condo for about RD $100 (NOTE: they will expect to pick up the corresponding number of empty bottles for that price, otherwise, you would need to pay the deposit on any new bottles). ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE HOURS: Normal hours for arrivals and departures are between 8 AM and 6 PM. For any arrivals and/or departures outside of these hours, there will either be a lockbox with the key inside OR a code given in cases where there is an electronic lock. Normal check in time is after 3 PM and normal check out is by 11 AM, however we are flexible unless other clients are arriving and/or departing the same day.
