Our warm, safe and convenient home with 24-hour security is just 5 blocks from Parque Central. It’s fully-equipped with modern conveniences in old-world colonial Antigua. Enjoy a quiet, comfortable stay in our charming casita. Take in Antigua’s nearly perfect year-round weather from two shared swimming pools, or from one of the shared green spaces with fruit trees. Our central location means you can enjoy Antigua like a local; walk to nearby cafés, restaurants, museums, and shops. The space Our house feels like home because it is our home. It's proximity to central Antigua is perfect: you're close enough to walk to everything in 10 minutes but far enough away to escape the noise. You'll awake to birds chirping, volcano views, and lots of natural light shining in through our windows. Easy access to our community’s pool and grassy open space make for a slow and relaxing time. Make the most of your stay in this charming city and our welcoming house! Guest access The entire townhome is available to you. The three bedrooms and two full baths are upstairs, while the living/kitchen/dining area are on the first floor. A patio with tables and chairs is also available to enjoy coffee/wine and meals! Our “casita”, or little house, is all yours during your stay. Other things to note -Our home is directly across from the two swimming pools in the community of 40 townhomes. One pool for adults, and the other a great kiddie pool! The pools are seldom used but we request that you have no late or loud parties at the pools out of respect for neighbors. -Both pools are unfenced so please take good care of your little ones! -Parking for one vehicle is included within the gated community. We don’t have any more parking spaces available. -Please note that there are two levels accessible only by stairs. -Guatemala is a tropical location and you will likely encounter occasional bugs or spiders. Our windows have screens which should help keep them out. -Housekeeping and/or cooking is available during your stay for an additional fee. -Because Antigua’s sewer infrastructure is very old, flushing paper or sanitary items can cause serious clogs. Please place all toilet paper, wipes, and personal hygiene products in the trash instead of the toilet.
