(sheets and towels not provided) this outbuilding has its own bathroom + toilet. (Kitchen area available as needed) For the loft bedroom. Access to the floor by a miller's ladder. ( see photo) The black sofa in the living room of the main house is convertible ( 2 seats) Finally, you will have a large lounge area with a table and a corner sofa. Cozy space with all necessities. 3 outdoor areas, to enjoy the garden, including a sheltered terrace and a large relaxation room (A 6-person garden table and garden furniture) In the rest of the garden ( 4000m²), a fire pit is accessible as well as a guiguette and picnic table, to enjoy the sunset. Guest access Private parking. The Paimpol - Lézardrieux road passes in front of the house. The house is therefore easily accessible. Other things to note Upstairs access to the sleeping area is via a miller's ladder ( see photo) Therefore it involves being "agile" in this type of stairs;-) The Paimpol - Lézardrieux secondary axis passes in front of the house, but it has been limited to 30km/h since this year, in order to limit noise disturbances. This year the whole house, including the cottage, is rented (for 4), unlike last year when only the cottage was rented (for 2). Linens and towels are no longer provided. - 1 duvet is provided 240 cm/260 cm - 2 duvets are provided 240 cm /220 cm - 8 pillows are provided 60 cm x 60 cm Duvet covers and fitted sheets + pillowcase must be provided. Bed size: 160 cm x 200 cm 140cm x 190cm the sizes of duvet covers to be provided 240cm x 260cm and 240cm x 220cm 3 sheets will be on the mattresses.
