A peaceful oasis with a fantasy theme with excellent economic options! Situated just a few miles from a small city with grocery stores, it is an excellent spot for star gazers, glamping or practice camping, a safe place to find a step up in life, or just finding an escape from the outside world. Site 3 measures 50 FT x 44 FT The entrance: Please use paved entrance and turn left through the fence gap. Off-road / truck type vehicles may use the unpaved entrance as well. Do not block the gap as your site is VERY close! Please try to park towed or long vehicles facing towards or away from the fence, not parallel. BB8 marks the approximate center of your site, but right now he is in a galaxy far far away for repairs. Since this is the water junction, please do not put pets near the trough area and allow a walk-way for other guests to turn their water lines on and off as needed. 15 Amp only please! High amp adapters can trip the breaker so they're not allowed. Water source on this side is still via hose. If you could face your vehicle towards or away from the fence (but still near it) without blocking the entryway that would be better than parallel. Thank you!The entrance: Please use the new fence gap entrance by taking the driveway and then turning left. Off-roaders can still use the old gate. Important: Other guests have the right to walk up to the water junction to switch their water on / off. Please keep this area clear and pet-free. There is a bathroom / laundry combo that is shared with house residents which you may use. If you bring your own shower or outhouse tent / solution, that's fine. Firepit / grill availability may vary. One of the faucets on site 5 has a hose leading to site 1 and the well junction has a long hose as well. Please ask if you need help turning it on your water. High amperage adapters are not allowed unless you have a voltage limiter because they trip the breaker. The new shower stall is working, but complete privacy is not there yet so please use swimwear attire at a minimum. The bathroom / laundry area on the side of the house is shared with the house guests, but available for use. The RV Dumpsite and new outhouse restroom are in the far field. Please see new map and photos! Guest access The outdoor shower has a 6 gallon tank of heated water. Minimum swimwear type attire is required with shoes / flipflops, crocs, etc. The bathroom / laundry area on the side of the house is shared with the house guests, but available for use. There is also an outhouse in the SE field. Picnic tables / grills are available by request. Guests must be ready to assist in setup. A public garden has been started in the backyard! Some limited free firewood may also be available in the collection are in the backyard. Other things to note Generators are allowed, but please have them off by 10 PM if possible. All trash must be bagged in 13 gallon bags or above. If you would like a bin or bags / lining please just ask. All pets must be on a leash or penned for safety. Some grass burs may be present, but I am working on phasing them out with new grass.
