To the right, there's a stylish guest toilet with smart functions and a utility room equipped with a washer, dryer, and ample storage. Our new Games Cupboard features Yoga Mats, bats and balls/shuttlecocks and toys for the beach! The hallway opens into a stunning open-plan living area with a chef's kitchen, featuring top-of-the-line appliances, a large island, and walk-in larder, fully stocked with essentials to get you started and also complimentary snacks and surprises unique to each guest! The adjacent dining area seats eight, and the cozy lounge has plush seating around a modern fireplace and a 64” smart TV with full SKY package including Sports and Movies. Large bi-fold doors lead to a spacious patio with gas bbq, perfect for al fresco dining. The ground floor also includes a luxurious bedroom suite with a super king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with smart toilet, walk-in shower, and separate walk-in wardrobe to keep the bedroom a clutter free haven. Upstairs, there are three generously sized super king bedrooms, one with an ensuite, and two sharing the main bathroom. The main bathroom features a free-standing bath, separate shower and smart toilet. All bathrooms are fully supplied with gorgeous smelling products from The Scottish Fine Soaps Company. All bedrooms are equipped with designer hairdryers, a fan for those warm summer evenings and plush faux fur blankets, handy for watching the stars on the patio or getting cosy with a movie. 4 Superking Size Beds and a travel cot. This elegant chalet style house is surrounded by a well-kept, mature garden with various trees and shrubs. This green oasis offers privacy and a beautiful setting for relaxation and entertainment. While these steps add to the traditional charm of the house, we are committed to ensuring accessibility for all guests. For those who may need assistance, portable ramps can be provided upon request to facilitate easier access. Additionally, the spacious and well-lit interior, combined with wide doorways and hallways, ensures comfortable mobility throughout the home. The ground-floor bedroom with an ensuite bathroom further enhances accessibility, offering convenient and private accommodations for those who prefer to avoid stairs. Other things to note 1. No smoking in the house 2. Tiny fingers often touch the floor, so please leave shoes at the door. 3. Any staining of our beautiful 400 TC white bedding by fake tan or heavy make up will incur a charge of £50 per bed affected for extra laundry services. 4. Strictly no Hen/Stag or other parties allowed. 5. We are strictly limited to a maximum of 8 guests staying in the house at any point, plus one child under the age of three who may use a travel cot which is provided. Additional Notes: Please be courteous to our lovely neighbours. We have elderly residents on our quiet road who appreciate you being considerate and quiet when entering or leaving the house.
