The space Step-free villa in the countryside including: * Air-conditioned living room, (high speed internet wifi), * Open kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher and cooking kit for your meals (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar...) needed for cleaning, as well as dishwasher tablets. * A pantry equipped with an American fridge, washing machine (pods available), dryer, sink and gas hob. * Three rooms: - the first, master suite with direct access to the pool, has a queen size bed 160x200, a TV, a large dressing room, a bathroom with shower and sink, - the second bedroom has a 140x200 bed and a closet, - the third bedroom has a 140x200 bed and a closet. * A second bathroom equipped with a large Italian shower. * a toilet. Sheets, duvet covers and pillows, as well as towels and pool towels are provided. Mattresses and pillows have guards. On request, there can be provided a bed umbrella, a high chair as well as a cane stroller. Shower gel and shampoo will be provided. You will have a hair dryer, a straightener, to travel lighter. An ironing board as well as the steamer will be available. - A large partly covered terrace overlooking the pool with garden: * secure pool with alarm, water games available. * BBQ, plancha, * 6/8 person table, * barrel eats standing and 4 stools, * sun loungers, * a summer lounge to rest. * Board games as well as pool games are available. A deposit of 1000 euros will be requested upon entry and returned upon departure of the tenants, if no damage is noted. Any incident will need to be reported, thank you for understanding.
