Not far away, your children can enjoy pony rides, tree climbing, WALYGATOR, etc. The space Single-storey villa in the countryside comprising: * Air-conditioned living room, (high-speed internet wifi), * Open kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher and cooking utensils, kitchen kit for your meals (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar...) necessary for cleaning, as well as tablets for the dishwasher. * A cellar equipped with an American fridge, washing machine (pods available), dryer, sink and gas hob. * Three bedrooms: - the first, master suite with direct access to the pool, has a queen size bed 160 x 200, a TV, a large dressing room, a bathroom with shower and sink, - the second bedroom has a 140 x 200 bed and a closet, - the third bedroom has a 140 x 200 bed and a closet. * A second bathroom equipped with a large Italian shower. * a toilet. Sheets, duvet covers and pillows, as well as towels and pool towels are provided. Mattresses and pillows have covers. Upon request, a travel crib, a high chair and a folding stroller can be provided. Shower gel and shampoo will be provided. You will have a hair dryer, a straightener, in order to travel lighter. An ironing board and steam iron will be available. - A large partially covered terrace overlooking the pool with garden: * secure pool with alarm, water games available. * BBQ grill, plancha, * table for 6/8 people, * standing barrel and 4 stools, * sun loungers, * a summer lounge to rest. * board games and pool games are available. A security deposit of 1000 euros will be requested at check-in and returned at the departure of the tenants, if no damage is found. Any incident must be reported, thank you for your understanding.
