This Airbnb is designed for the comfortable accommodations of 2 guests. The small pull-out sofa in the kitchen/living room is to accommodate guests who do not to share a bed. NOTE: THERE IS NO DOOR BETWEEN THE BEDROOM AND THE PULL-OUT SOFA IN THE LIVING ROOM. There is seating for 2 at the kitchen table. We are 40 Minutes from downtown Pittsburgh where all the NFL Draft activities are taking place. Music lovers rejoice! The Pavilion at Star Lake concert venue is less than 4 miles away. You are perfectly positioned to catch all the latest performances without sitting hours in traffic. Return to your peaceful abode and unwind in style after dancing the night away. Located just steps from the Panhandle Bike Trail, our Airbnb provides the ideal haven for recharging after a long journey. We also offer secure indoor bike storage to ensure peace of mind during your stay. We supply all the cooking basics plus coffee, decaf and tea. If cooking isn’t on your agenda, you're within 100 yards of nearby restaurants and a Distillery. We invite you to explore the unique flavors of the area. Whether you're visiting Pittsburgh for the NFL Draft, biking the great outdoors or immersing yourself in live music, our Airbnb offers the perfect haven for your memorable stay in Burgettstown Noteworthy There is free off-street parking for 2 vehicles. Vehicles must park end to end. The parking area is shared by our tenant who lives in the building next door. Parking can be a little snug if you have a big vehicle. We ask our guests to park close as they can to the tan building. If traveling by bike, there is storage available within the Airbnb building for safekeeping of your bicycles. For extended stays, such as traveling nurses, arrangements can be made to have laundry facilities available on-site. We do not offer this amenity for short term stays of 7 nights or less. Guest access You will be the only guest in the building. There will be two camp chairs and a table in the hallway if you'd like to sit outside. Other things to note OUR RULES: Must be at least 25 years old. No Parties. No Pets. Only registered guests are allowed on premises. We do have 1 outdoor security camera. The person who made the reservation MUST be staying with the group. We will ask for ID confirmation. Smoking, Weed or Vaping is not permitted anywhere on the premises. If there was Smoking /Vaping within the Airbnb, there will be a $300 additional cleaning fee. Cigarettes butts are not to be thrown anywhere around or on the premises. No more than 2 people allowed on premises – we do have 1 outdoor security camera. Quiet hours are 10PM to 8am ~ Please be respectful to our other tenants in the adjacent building.
