Charming apartment (single story) in a peaceful vacation residence in the heart of the Périgord Noir. The pools (including one for toddlers) are heated from early May to late September. The accommodation, located 5 minutes from the Lascaux cave, close to Sarlat and the main sites (caves, castles...) is completely renovated. It offers a relaxing and exotic stay for the whole family. Premium services offered: massages, qi gong, human design consultations and walking tours. The space In the accommodation you will find: - a dishwasher (remember to bring a product – tablet or liquid – for washing) - a Krups Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker - all the essentials for cooking - all the essentials for cleaning - a mini electric oven - a mini-freezer in the refrigerator - a standing fan - a wall fan (in the bedroom) - a table, 6 chairs and an umbrella on the terrace - board games (Möllky, Uno, etc.) - children's books Remember to bring 30 or 50 liter garbage bags, paper towel rolls (one roll will be at your disposal), toilet paper (one roll will be at your disposal). There is also a dish towel and bath mat. Bed linens and bath linens are available at an extra charge. Please contact us for this. Guest access You have full use of the apartment and adjoining terrace. The entire park of the residence, the swimming pool, the ping-pong table and the volleyball court are in common access to all vacationers of the residence. Other things to note Sheets and towels: If you would like bed linens and bath linens, they are available for an extra charge. Optional bed and bath linens: - Double sheet (140 x 190) at €12 (fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases), - Single sheet (80 or 90 x 200) for €8, - Bath towel for €7 per person (large and small towel, washcloth). Payment is not made on the platform, but directly with us. Pool: It is heated from early May to late September, but you can swim there from mid-April. Pets: They are allowed in the apartment. If the tenant stays two nights, an extra €15 will be requested. More than 2 nights, the surcharge will be €25. Pets must be kept on a leash in the residence. They are not allowed to get on the beds or the sofa. They must sleep on the floor or on a bed placed on the floor brought by the tenant. Payment is not made on the platform, but directly with us.
