The Villa, a two bedroomed house in St Ives.

The Villa is a two bedroomed house just a couple of minutes walk to the rambling streets and beautiful harbour and beaches of St Ives. The space The Villa has two bedrooms one with a double bed, the second is a twin bedroom with two singles (or these can be linked together to make a super king). Please specify when booking which bed arrangement you would prefer. A sofa bed is also available for one person in the living room. The bathroom is a wet room useful if you are coming from the beach with wetsuits. There is a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen utensils. The living room is separate and extends into a conservatory where there is a dining table to seat 5. From the conservatory are patio doors which lead to a private enclosed garden area. Here there is a table and chairs for outside dining in the summer. Also lots of space with a line to hang up wetsuits, towels and other beach gear. Other things to note There is no parking at the property however you can leave one vehicle a 15 minute walk away at our home which is up the hill on the west of St Ives - just off the coastal footpath to Zennor. Please let us know if you would like to leave a vehicle with us and I will send you all the directions. There is no cost for parking on our driveway. However the approach road to our house (Burthallan Lane) is narrow so if your vehicle is particularly wide you may prefer not to drive down. Also the track down to our house is very bumpy so if your vehicle has a low suspension we would advise you not to take the risk. Alternatively there is a public car park adjacent to Drillfield Lane and several other public car parks a short walk away.
