Welcome to our ocean retreat on North Topsail Island! Our newly constructed home is a rare find - room for the whole family and 100% ADA accessible including an elevator that reaches all floors of the home. Furnished with extra TLC, enjoy two sitting rooms and a top floor coffee bar area offering views of the ocean and sound. Casa Azzurra is a three minute walk to the beach and right next to the intercoastal waterway to launch your kayak. Surf City's bars and restaurants just down the road! The space The main floor is on the second level where you'll find the main living room, kitchen, laundry room, a powder room, and the primary bedroom with en suite bath and king bed. On the third level, you'll find a living room stocked with board games and a toy chest. All three bedrooms on the third floor have king beds. One bedroom include a five-piece full bath. There is a shared bath for the other two bedrooms. One of these rooms includes a day bed alongside the king. For additional sleeping space, you'll find a roll away bed behind the spiral stair leading to the fourth level. Also, on the third level is an office/media room, with two desks and a printer. Please, no unsupervised children in this space. On the fourth level you'll find a kitchenette, an eating area, and 1/2 bath. The top floor has a sofa sleeper. All bedrooms and living areas have televisions through which you can access streaming services. Our house sleeps twelve adults/children, with a Pack and Play and highchair. This house is ADA with large rooms and wide hallways. The showers are wheelchair accessible. We have one shower chair available for the main floor bathroom. Towels and bedding are provided. Guest access The home is 100% accessible. With exception of tool closet on ground floor. Other things to note Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please use the outdoor shower (with hot and cold water) and /or hose to rinse off sand before entering the house. In an effort to keep allergens down in the house we cannot allow pets of any kind. House is on a private septic, Please dispose of non-biodegradable items (everything except toilet paper) in the trash While our home sleeps 12 people comfortably, we charge $100 per person per night after 8 guests (age 6+) due to the increased cleaning fee.
