“Gusgo Gusgo” apartment 5 minutes from downtown

Comfortable, new “Gusgo Gusgo” apartment, just 5 minutes from downtown and 16 minutes from Muelle General, BY CAR. The area around the building is quiet, surrounded by nature, and close to the Libramiento, which is the city's main avenue. It also features a rooftop garden with beautiful views of the lake and the city. When staying with us, please note that YOU WILL HAVE TO DRIVE UP AN UPHILL, COBBLESTONE STREET FOR APPROX. 30 METERS; the rest are paved streets. The space The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a view of nature, the other with two twin beds. Both with bedside table, lamps, wardrobe, blinds, hooks and comfortable bedding. We have a wooden dining room for four people, a three-piece living room and coffee table, a cabinet with cable TV and internet with password or QR. In the kitchen area, you can find everything you need for cooking, from dishes, cutlery, pots, cups, chopping boards, corkscrew, strainer, in addition to the main appliances and coffee maker. The bathroom is complete, with a shower, storage cabinet, and mirror with light. We leave shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, enough towels and toilet paper. Guest access The apartment is on the second floor of the building and you will have a covered parking space. You can access the apartment by stairs or elevator, with access to the terrace as long as there is availability. There are security cameras and motion sensor lights. The building's gate is electric, so we leave a control in the lockbox for quick and safe access. Other things to note The building is new and is two blocks away from a main avenue that will quickly connect them with the path to the center. As is common in Pátzcuaro and in any magical town in Mexico, some streets are cobbled and their condition does not depend on us, so in order to access the building, YOU MUST ONLY PASS THROUGH A STREET UPHILL AND COBBLED OF APPROXIMATELY 30 METERS, the rest of the access are paved streets. If you want to walk downtown, you can do it in about 15 minutes and there is no special way to do it.
