Kalmia is a peaceful, spacious style cottage sitting majestically amidst a lush greenery in the Himalayan hills of Kasauli. True to its name, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains from each room. This snuggly villa features an amazing blend of colonial interiors and modern fittings. This villa is built in such a way that no matter what the climate is on the outside, the interiors will always be pleasant and cosy! The space It truly is an idyllic place to spend a few days away from city life. Allow us to walk you through the space : BEDROOMs - WiFi and attached bathrooms are offered with the room. - Every room has a king-sized bed. BATHROOMS - The bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The living area can accommodate up to 10 people. - It also has a dining area - Since it's a villa in a hills station do expect some stairs . KITCHEN - Guests have access to the kitchen to prepare elaborate meals. -The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, a gas stove, refrigerator, oven, and a water purifier. - Crockery is available for 10 people. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food are allowed. Note: We have changed the fabric of furniture so color might vary. The caretaker will assist the guests with the same. Also, We have a limited power back though power cuts are very rare in the area. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire villa Other things to note We can arrange the following on a chargeable basis: Breakfast ( On cook hire basis ) Bonfire - 1200/- BBQ - 1000/- ( for coal and bbq equipment ) Cook - 1500/- per day for 3 meals excluding groceries Dish Cleaning - 200/- *Subject to availability, Guests are requested to pre-book the services. Important Things to Note for Your Stay 1. For check-in, only the guests listed on your reservation will be admitted. Please ensure accurate guest numbers are provided when booking. 2. Children above 8 years of age will be considered as adults for bookings. 3. In accordance with government rules, please note that loud music is prohibited after 11 PM. Post 11pm guest can play the music inside the unit at nominal volume. 4. We allow a maximum of two pets. To help us maintain our furnishings, please ensure pets do not climb on the furniture. 5. Complimentary cleaning services will be provided every alternate day during your stay. 6. We can give a better price for longer stays 7. Also, we need prior intimation for check in after 9 pm
