Mountain View 2BR Unit on Peak 9

Enjoy a Mountain View Condo at the Base of Peak 9 with loads of amenities. This Two Bedroom Unit (as shown in the photos) is in the Hyatt Vacation Club system with a full kitchen and two well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. You'll have access to Hyatt amenities on site and is available only for a one-week rental. Store your skis with the valet. Walk to iconic downtown Breckenridge after skiing a day at Peak 9. Enjoy the heated pool and hot tubs. Covered parking in the garage below. The space This is a two bedroom unit on the second floor with a mountain view from the bedrooms and the living room. We are time share owners and this is our designated unit for the week and pictures that we took ourselves. We will issue our guest certificate in your name two weeks before you arrive. This is a Hyatt Vacation Club property with on-site management at the reception desk. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove top, blender, coffee maker, dish washer, etc. The primary bedroom has a King Size bed and the guest bedroom has two full-size beds. There are three TVs in the room with DirecTV access. Enjoy building amenities like Ski Valet, Covered Parking for one car, Hot Tubs, Work out Room, Steam Room, and Heated Pool. The unit has a washer and dryer. Guest access Guest will have full access to the unit for the week along with building amenities like the workout facility, ski valet, pool, and hot tubs. Hyatt provides Wifi Access free of charge. Check-in begins at 4PM on Saturday and you will be required by the front desk to provide a credit card for incidentals. There are not many paid services available, but we have learned the hard way that long-distance phone charges are very expensive so plan accordingly. Check-out must occur before 10AM on the Saturday after arrival. Other things to note This is a Hyatt Vacation Club property and has the feel of a furnished two-bedroom condo mixed with some amenities of a hotel. Though there is no room service, you'll find that the accessibility and variety of restaurants in downtown Breckenridge will more than suffice. The Cleaning Staff is on-site and the front desk will arrange for trash to be removed daily and will schedule one mid-week cleaning.
