The 1st bedroom is equipped with a 103 cm Samsung OLED TV. - 1 large living/dining room: you will find a round table for 4 people as well as a sofa for 3 people. - 1 kitchen: equipped with an oven, microwave, extractor hood, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher - 1 bathroom: a 130 x 90 cm shower - 1 laundry room: you will find a washing machine as well as the vacuum cleaner and all the equipment useful for the maintenance of the apartment - 1 toilet Located on a pedestrian street, the apartment is 100 meters from Place du Ralliement (central square of the city of Angers) and Boulevard Foch. The apartment is located 10 minutes' walk from Angers St-Laud TGV station. You will find the Irigo public transport network 50 meters away with the Foch Maison Bleue tram and bus stop. You have at your disposal a secure parking lot - Parking Ralliement - 150 meters from the apartment (free for the 1st hour) Other things to note We want the apartment to be a non-smoking accommodation, thank you for following this rule. Regarding parking, the apartment is located in the Orange zone. It is payable in all streets around 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 7pm from Monday to Saturday. You can park for free every Sunday and public holidays in all the streets of Angers and between 12pm and 2pm. The Ralliement underground parking is also a solution. Maximum height 1.9 m, open 24/7.
