This residence spread over 1 hectare on the seafront will seduce you with its facilities: a large swimming pool with children's pool, three petanque courts, a volleyball court, two tennis courts, playgrounds. This 28 m² cabin-style studio apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults as a couple and two children). It is located on the 1st floor with a magnificent sea view. It consists of: - An entrance with cabin area with a bunk bed (2 90 x 190 cm bunk beds) - A living room with kitchenette (dishwasher, 2-burner induction hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster...) and a table with 4 chairs. In the living room, a sofa convertible to 160 x 200, a flat screen TV with wifi box opening to the outside. The terrace offers panoramic views of the beautiful blue and is equipped with garden furniture and an electric barbecue. Private underground parking is available with this accommodation.
