We are walking distance to super markets and public transportation. Our closest bus stop is .3 miles at Cesar Chavez/ Fresno. The space Recently remodeled with brand new appliances, a comfy bed and mattress. Very conveniently located on a quite peaceful and very safe block in. There are 4 bedrooms on the downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. There are 3 bathrooms throughout the house but this rooms shares 1 bathroom with 3 other rooms. Guest access This is a completely private bedroom with keycode lock. Inside the bedroom you will find a flat screen Smart TV and a desk for workspace. The kitchen is shared as well as other amenities of the house.. You are welcome to reset the code on the door to your desired code and ensure that you are the only one with the code. During your stay Feel free to contact me with any questions or needs for the house. Other things to note We like to keep a very quiet house. Please respect quiet hours after 10PM. We have a shared driveway where where you can pull your car in the driveway but you might be required to move at times. There is also free street parking outside of the house. Includes fast WIFI and all utilities.
