Timber frame, vaulted ceiling chalet with views!

This fantastic mountain chalet has the most stunning timber frame interior, open concept with the loft overlooking the main room. The location is hard to beat with basically ski in/ ski out, minutes from the main Kicking Horse village. The space The location and views are hard to beat. From both sides you have mountain views, huge windows to see all angles. The location is just up the hill from the village and close to all the hiking trails just out the back door. There are doors at the front, side and back of the house to enjoy access. The front balcony off the master bedroom faces the ski resort and gets the mid-day sun. The large upper deck is off the living room and has patio furniture and dining table to enjoy in the summer. BBQ is available year round. The house is advertised as a four bedroom to help display the bed arrangements. The room that states the king and sofa bed is a semi private room as it is in the loft. When you walk up the stairs the sitting room has the sofa bed that can be made into a bed with all the bedding set up in the ottoman beside it. Then, the king bed is on the other side of the loft above the living room. This king bed has the best morning views. Looking out the massive windows to the valley and sunrise. You won’t need a single thing in the kitchen. Fully stocked with dishes, glass wear, cooking pots and pans, and serving plates. Two coffee makers; a keurig machine and coffee pot with pods provided for keurig. An assortment of spices, cooking basics and condiments for your convenience. Several national parks and tourist attractions are within a short distance for day-trip excursions. Lake Louise is only 1.25 hours drive to the east and Radium Hot Springs is 1.5 hours drive to the south, Revelstoke is 1.5 hours to the west and Takakkaw Falls is 1.15 hours north-east. Golden has many trails for hiking and biking, and waterways for kayaking; 2 kayaks are available for guests to enjoy. Guest access Guest access You have access to the whole house, hot tub, patios, BBQ, laundry, and backyard. The only part of the house not available is the garage. We love the side door entrance for skiers to use and keep all the ski gear out of the main door area. Lots of space in the closet to hang gear to dry after a fun day playing in the snow.
