The space nestled at the top of an unexpected valley, overlooking mountains and a lake. definitely a slice of heaven, I pinch myself every day! sit on the patio watching the local wildlife or the beautiful Gypsy Cob horses in the adjacent paddock. Guest access access is for the house and its outdoor spaces. Patting the resident horses over the driveway fence is ok:) we live at the other end of the property, and we appreciate our privacy. Other things to note we live on a well-made and maintained dirt road, and most road cars don't have any problems. My car is low with low-profile tyres. You will, however, get dust/dirt on your car, part of country living.
