The is also an extra single zed bed for a third guest should you require. Shared shower and toilet facilities. Ground floor has large fully appointed shared kitchen/dining room with walk-in larder and attached utility room plus large shared living room. Garden and off road parking. There is also a games room with pool table, darts board, and a work station available upon special request. Guest access Private hire of the first floor's large "Gold room". Shared bathroom on first floor, (shared with one other guest room, and extra bathroom on hosts top floor if/when required.)
