Guest access When you stay at Casa Azul in the Village Itaúna Inn condominium, you can enjoy the condominium and the leisure area with 2 swimming pools and 2 barbecue areas that operate from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. You also receive the keys to the entrance gate, allowing you to enter and exit at any time, day or night. At check-in, you are welcomed by one of the staff or receive instructions to self check-in. At check-out, the same situation occurs. You must pay attention to the check-in and check-out times and if you need an early check-in or late check-out, you must request in advance to check the availability and the amounts to be added, so that the day before or after your stay can be blocked. You can also request extra house cleaning service for a separate fee. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Small pets are allowed. Visitors are prohibited. The swimming pools and masonry barbecues are in the common area of the condominium and are shared. Guests must use the pool and barbecue area in front of their house. There are portable barbecues on all balconies. Only children up to 12 years of age accompanied by a responsible person over 18 years of age are allowed in the pools. Animals must be on a leash in the condominium. There are 24-hour filming cameras in the outdoor area of the gardens, walls and swimming pools, and a security company monitoring the condominium. Condominium employees will be circulating through the common area for cleaning and maintenance. Sound is prohibited in the common areas of the condominium.
