For your comfort, the suite is equipped with a ductless mini split air conditioner in the living room and kitchen area (not in the bedroom), providing both cool and warm air to suit your preferences regardless of the season. During the summer, it’s generally cooler throughout the whole suite. Additionally, the luxury of in-floor heating, for the winter, ensures your stay will be cozy and comfortable, offering an even, gentle warmth throughout the space. Guest access Prior to arrival, every guest will receive comprehensive details for checking in, ensuring a smooth contactless and hassle-free arrival at "The Noir Suite." Other things to note Only guests registered at the time of booking are allowed. Additional guests or pets not declared may incur a charge of $85 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate any bookings without a refund if the occupancy limit is exceeded. There is absolutely no smoking/vaping inside the suite. For your peace of mind, "The Noir Suite" is equipped with EXTERNAL security cameras around the property's perimeter, ensuring a secure environment while respecting your privacy within the suite.
