The space ABOUT THE SPACE - Ideal for more reserved people, enthusiasts of peace and moderation, the building has only 6 apartments, 4 of which have their own owners as residents. - This spacious apartment has a privileged location, because although it is close to the most agitated beaches and 2 blocks from Av. Leovigildo Dias, a famous avenue in front of Itaguá Beach, with its most vibrant bars and kiosks as well as renowned restaurants, the neighborhood in which it is located is residential, very discreet and exudes tranquility. - Garage for 1 car with an electronic gate and automatic closing. If you have another car, it can stay in the garage of my house, which is 2 minutes away, and I'll take the guest back to the apartment. - Very spacious TV room with ceiling fans and Smart HD TV (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) and broadcast channels. - Masonry barbecue on the outside; you need to schedule your barbecue and I make myself available to do this in advance. - Do not make noise after 10 p.m., respect the residents' rest time. - The barbecue must be reserved. So, the rooms can accommodate 6 people. - Bedrooms with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. - Fiber optic internet WE OFFER: - Beds have sheets and pillows with pillowcases. - Bathrooms with face towels and liquid soap for hand washing. - Each kitchen sink has a scrub brush and detergent. - Floor cloths in the service area - Dish towels in the kitchen * Note: Guests have to bring bath towels, blankets and their hygiene items such as soaps, shampoo and conditioner.
