Less than 1 minute walk or 50 steps to IP Sigra Mall which is multiplex and shopping mall. And also have restaurants like Dominoes and MacD 1.5 Kms or 7-8 mins drive from Varanasi Junction in non-peak hours. 3 Kms from Kashi Vishwanath temple and ghats. The conveyance to both the Railway Station and Mandir/ghats are available frequently from the main road just 50 steps from your stay. The auto can be arranged at the door step if needed. Neighbourhood - Quite residential area with easy access to everything Interior Features: Bedrooms and Beds - 3 spacious bedrooms with king size beds, 1 diwan (3 ft * 6ft), 1 three seater sofa cum bed and high-quality white linens, AC in all the rooms and AC comforters for a very comfortable and cozy stay. One of the room has 32 inch google TV with the seating capacity for the entire family to enjoy a series or a movie together. A 5G wifi is also available perfect for entertainment and work. Dedicated sofa chair and table is also available for the work. Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms attached with each of the rooms equipped with the WC, basin, Shower, Geyser, Hot/Cold water mixer taps, Bucket, bath mugs and seat. One of these bathrooms can also be accessed from the lobby. And an additional common bathroom with WC and hand shower for larger groups. Kitchen: Fully equipped with all the utensils and the 4 burner stove to cook for a big family. Balcony - Two balconies to enjoy morning and evening tea, attached to the room, one of them is a well maintained garden with artificial grass floor and natural plants, a great place of nature lovers to sit and relax and enjoy your tea or newspaper. Please ensure all electric appliances (AC, lights, heaters) are switched off whenever you leave the home for an outing. 5. Strict Paper-Free Bathroom Policy Our home is a dedicated paper-free environment. Toilet paper is not provided, and its use is strictly prohibited. The Benefit: All bathrooms are equipped with hygienic jet sprays (bidets). This offers a superior, refreshing clean and is significantly better for the planet. Plumbing Care: Please do not flush any paper, tissues, or wipes, as our system is designed exclusively for water-use only. 6. Kitchen & Utensil Care: We are happy to provide a fully functional kitchen for your use. This is a self-service home stay: Guest Responsibility: Guests are expected to wash, dry, and put away their own dishes and utensils after use. We provide all necessary dish soap and sponges. Paid Option: If you’d prefer a "chore-free" stay, daily utensil cleaning can be arranged for a fee. This service must be requested and confirmed at least 24 hours before your check-in. 7. Linen, Towels & Fresh Air: To conserve water and energy, we follow a sustainable refresh schedule: Stays up to 3 Nights: One fresh set of linens and towels is provided at check-in (no mid-stay replacement). Stays of 4+ Nights: A full refresh of linens and towels is provided on request after every 3 nights spent in the home (e.g., on your 4th day). The Sun-Dry Advantage: Unlike a hotel room, you have full access to our private balconies and terrace. Use this space to hang-dry your towels in the fresh air and sunlight!
