Modern duplex located in the Ventas area, very close to the famous bullring with the same name. It is a residential and quiet area that is also very well connected to the rest of the city by public transport. The apartment is located in a new building and is on the ground floor. It has about 90m2. Up to four people fit. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with a 1.90x1. The space 50 double bed, a complete bathroom with shower, a living room with smart TV, sofa and table and a fully equipped kitchenette. On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a 1.90x1.50 double bed and a complete bathroom en suite with a shower. The apartment has heating and AC. It also has bed linen and towels. Guest access The apartment has been furnished with all the necessary appliances to ensure a comfortable and great stay.During the stay, guests have access to the entire house. The house includes, among others: - Heating - Air conditioner - Wifi - TV - Full equipped kitchen - Washer - Natural light - Intercom - Hangers in closets - Linens & 2 towels per guest - Check-in at any time (Upon availabilty) - Property Guide with tips of the neighborhood and the city - Attention during the stay in case of any incident. You can use all the apartment. You can use the kitchen and everything you will find in it. The apartment is provided with linens and towels for all guests, so you do not need to worry about that. In the bathroom you will find small bottles as shampoo, shower gel and soap for the first days of your stay. It's no need you bring all this with you. Renovation work is currently underway in the plaza where the building is located. It's not located at the entrance itself, but is located a few meters away and covers almost the entire plaza. Work is ongoing Monday through Saturday and will be completed by mid-2026. We hope the disruption is minimal. Other things to note Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, although in some cases it may be possible to enter earlier, as long as the apartment is available. The guest can ask the Minty Stay team the day before arrival. LATE CHECK-IN FEE: Arrivals between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur a late check-in fee of €20. Arrivals between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM have a fee of €30, while arrivals between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM will also have a fee of €40. In these cases, the guest must pay by credit card through a web link that will be sent by Minty Stay. It is important that the guest does not forget the keys inside the apartment during their stay, and especially not to leave the apartment with the keys left inside the lock, as it will block and entry will not be possible. In such cases, a locksmith will have to be called, and the cost of their assistance must be covered by the guest. At check-out time, guests should leave the keys on the living room table and close the front door. The check-out time is by 11:00 AM unless another time has been agreed upon in advance with the host. The cleaning staff will arrive around 11:00 AM; if the guests coincide with them, it will be necessary to allow them access.
