Family house with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, dining room, living room with video projector, pantry with washing machine and dryer. Outside, a wooden terrace for friendly meals, plancha, a spa. A large garden with play structures for children. Ability to add a baby bed. The house is 30km from Bordeaux, 1h30 from Palmyre/Royan Zoo, 45 min from Jonzac West Indies, St Emilion. Access A10. The space We live in the accommodation during the school year. The house therefore has all the comforts necessary to accommodate one or more families (large spaces, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, raclette machine etc...). Children's games will be left available. You will have the option of using the air conditioning in the common areas of the house in the summer, and fans are available in each room. In winter you can heat yourself with a pellet stove or electric heater. Independent individual heating in each bedroom. Outside, a children's play structure with swings and slide, soccer cage, small basketball basket. There is also a spa with a pergola available from April to the end of September. Price shown for 10 people, beyond a supplement of 20€/pers will be added (for the preparation of beds, sheets and bath sheets). ⚠️ for the summer period, weekly bookings are prioritized. Guest access The house is accessible from the A10, then the N10 – Cubnezais/Marsas exit, then about 2 km. The house is not attached and you won't be disturbed by the neighbors. The house is fenced, and has an electric gate. Other things to note We want our guests to feel right at home. Bed linens and bath towels are available. We do not charge a cleaning fee, so we ask that you leave the accommodation as clean as you found it on arrival. There will be an extra charge for any cleaning not done. Have a great stay!
