Located in the vibrant 11th arrondissement of Paris, between République, Belleville, and the trendy Marais district, its ideal location in dynamic Paris will offer you an authentic and unforgettable experience at the heart of the French capital. The neighborhood is known for its lively atmosphere and bustling character, with numerous shops, restaurants, bars, and boutiques lining its streets. The atmosphere is friendly and multicultural, making it a favorite among locals, young Parisians, and visitors alike. You will be close to the Marché des Enfants Rouges, Rue de Bretagne, Carreau du Temple, Parc de Belleville, Place de la République, and Père Lachaise Cemetery. Several metro stations are near the studio, allowing you to quickly reach all corners of the capital: the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées, Left Bank and Latin Quarter, Île de la Cité, and Notre Dame de Paris. The studio's amenities are modern, and the decor is minimalist, creating a warm and inviting space. It is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to two guests. It includes : - A pleasant living room with a sofa, coffee table, and seating. - An open, functional, and fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. There is a dining table for two in the living room. - A cozy sleeping area with a double bed, storage space, and a TV. - A bathroom with a shower, sink, towel rack, and WC. - Clever storage solutions: You'll find well-thought-out storage options to keep your personal belongings organized and accessible. - Connectivity: Enjoy high-speed Internet (WiFi) and TV to stay connected during your stay. - Quality linens and towels are provided. Guest access You will have access to the entire studio to make you feel at home. Other things to note We ask you to provide us with the necessary supporting documents: - 1 proof of identity - 1 proof of reason for stay (work or school) - 1 e-mail address 1 contract will be sent to you by email and an inventory of fixtures will be carried out on your arrival and departure. --- FOR CHECK-IN Arrival during the WEEK - Check-in: between 3pm and 6pm An agent will contact you to plan your arrival and discuss key collection arrangements. Early check-in: between 10am and 3pm, subject to availability. Late check-in: between 7pm and 11pm, you'll need to collect the keys from our office. WEEKEND arrival Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe.
