Sunset Bay NY Cottage 3

Location, location, location! Just steps away from Sunset Bay beach. Enjoy your stay either at the cottage or take a 1 minute walk to the beach or Cabana Sam's restaurant. Other things to note We do have a no pet policy TV is a smart tv to use with all of the guests streaming accounts Please note small amounts of snow removal is not included. There’s a shovel on the property. During times of large snowfalls, we will have a plow/ snow blow service. No fireworks allowed on the property We ask that the primary renter be at least 25 years of age.
