Guest access Guests can access the entire property and 10 people can sleep inside the house. If you have any family members that bring a caravan and additional amount is required to be paid for them to stay on the grounds. Please advise host and a charge per caravan will be issued for the stay. Other things to note There are various open bodies of water on the property , please ensure parental supervision with kids at all times. There is an also an easement which permits a couple of neighbouring properties and wildlife conservation volunteers, a drive in access to the oceanfront only, for boating fishing and conservation activities. Please do not feed the kangaroos or pick the fruit off the trees. Please do not play with the security system, simply switch off at the start of yur stay if you do not want this feature on and then back on when you leave the premises . Strictly no smoking inside or in bedrooms. pets to be kept outside and we have a special outside undercover doggy house for them. Please clean up after them before you leave. Please clean bbq after use. Events on request. PLS NOTE : We are an airbnb, whilst we provide all the basic amentities to get you going for your stay, it is up to guests to bring their own provisions and groceries including toilet paper etc, particularly if you are staying for longer than 2 nights.
