Garage access NOT provided. Other things to note Please gather and dispose of your trash at the end of your stay in our trash bins located outside the front gate to avoid a charge of $50/bag for any trash left behind. Hot Tub Spa: IMPORTANT: Showering before use is required. Please notify us immediately if any spa issues occur. Cleaning services: Our cabin is cleaned before and after your stay, but unfortunately housekeeping is not provided daily during your stay. Snow removal: Snow removal is arranged prior to arrival time, but guest(s) may need to shovel their spots if they arrive late or if it snows during the day. It’s all part of the experience and we have provided a shovel for such an event! No parties: Loud Parties are strictly prohibited. Power Outages: Please know that power outages can happen in the mountain. Outages typically last for a short period of time. This is out of our control, we will work to communicate updates coming from Bear Valley Electric as they come The city of Big Bear has very strict rules that must be adhered to. Guests in violation agree to pay penalty fees issued by the city of Big Bear. OCCUPANCY: 8 people maximum. Guests who attempt to check-in with or after check-in bring undisclosed guests may be asked to leave the property and will not be entitled to a refund of any kind. CHECK IN TIME: If the cabin is ready sooner than 4pm, we will communicate and let you know ASAP. Also If you need an earlier check in , please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
