Welcome to our charming studio decorated in a vintage style, and with attentive hospitality. Located on the ground floor of a typical Haussmann building in Marseille, it has a very high ceiling. Central, direct from the train station, it will serve as an ideal base for a getaway by the Mediterranean Sea. The bars and restaurants of Cours Julien are at the end of the street, the Old Port is a 10-minute walk, and the beaches are 15 minutes away. Metro, bus, tram and self-service bikes are at the foot of the building. The space The apartment is small but original, with all the charm of the old: moldings on the ceiling, windows and shutters typical of Marseille, slate flooring. We tastefully furnished it with new and recovered furniture and decorated it with colors, birds on the walls, and a bouquet to offer you a personalized touch, a soft and warm atmosphere. Very high ceiling, with two large windows, it is very airy on summer heat evenings. Please note, the studio is small: you don't have to be too tall or too wide to get to the mezzanine or get into the shower. On the other hand, it is designed to make your stay easier, pleasant and practical. With a dishwasher, oven, stove, kitchen equipment, everything is done so that you can enjoy the kitchen area as if you were at home. It is intended for 1 or 2 people, but the sofa bed unfolds and the studio can accommodate up to 4 people. There is no TV, but Wi-Fi is available. There is an excellent bakery up the street, a supermarket on the corner open from 9am to 10pm, a laundromat across the street, an organic market on Cours Julien, and all the desirable shops within a 10-minute walk, from Place Castellane to the main shopping artery of Rue Saint-Ferréol. The studio is well secured, with an intercom at the entrance to the building and an armored door at the entrance to the apartment. Located on the ground floor, it makes it easy to move suitcases.
