THE APARTMENT IS FOR UP TO 5 PEOPLE (REGARDLESS OF AGE, CHILDREN AND BABIES COUNT) Condominium with: - 24-hour Water Park - 1 Wave Pool - 01 Semi-Olympic Pool - 2 Wet Bar Pools - 6 Whirlpool Hot Tubs - Children's slides - Restaurant and Snack Bar - Garage in front of the apartment - WiFi - Cable TV - Maid Service - Bed and bath linens are not included, you can opt for an additional fee that must be agreed with the owner before check-in. The space - Bed and Bath Linens Not Included - Food is not included Guest access Guests are entitled to use the Hotel's water park, which is open 24 hours. No pets of any kind are allowed. The water park and reception are open *24 hours. All guests must present an *OFFICIAL PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT*, such as: • *ID, Driver's License, CTPS or Birth Certificate*; According to Law No. *8.069 of 07/13/1990*, Article 82, of the ECA (Statute of Children and Adolescents), it is *FORBIDDEN* to host *children* or *adolescents* in Hotels, Guesthouses or Similar, unaccompanied by Parents or Guardians, without written authorization from them or the Judicial Authority; In the case of *children or adolescents* unaccompanied by their Parents, it will be *mandatory* to present the Personal Document of the child or adolescent, a copy of the Parents' documents and a written authorization that must be signed and notarized by the Parents' signature in a notary's office; it cannot be a GOV signature. For safety reasons *SMOKING* cigarettes, hookahs and the like is *NOT* allowed on the apartment premises, the *FINE* established for offenders is *R$500.00* and will also cause the *immediate blocking* of cards used to access the water park and apartment; IT IS NOT ALLOWED* to bring drinks and food to the pool area. Consumption of beverages and food is only allowed inside the apartment, and noise or loud sounds are prohibited from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. (subject to fines and penalties); Upon check-out from the apartment, *ALL* kitchen utensils (pots, dishes, glasses, etc.) must be washed and in their proper places in the cabinets. The Hotel services are for cleaning the floor and bathroom, *NOT* including cleaning the sink and kitchen utensils; For negligence and disobedience of this Rule, the guest will be charged a *FINE of R$200.00; It is forbidden to take anything from one apartment to another; The apartment will be inspected after your departure. If there is any damage to the property, utensils or furniture, the amount necessary to repair or replace it will be charged; Each apartment is entitled to *1 (one)* parking space next to the rented apartment. The negotiated price *DOES NOT* include any kind of food. The apartment has a refrigerator, microwave, two-burner electric stove for light meals, and basic kitchen utensils; if you want, you can bring a sandwich maker; the voltage is 220v. Other things to note -THE APARTMENT IS FOR UP TO 5 PEOPLE (REGARDLESS OF AGE, CHILDREN AND BABIES COUNT). - Bed and bath linens are not included, you can opt for an additional fee that must be agreed upon with the owner before check-in. - Please be advised that a common use fee is charged to the Hotel in the amount of R$ 10.00 per person per stay at the time of check-in. It can be paid by pix, cash, credit card, and debit card.
