Room with a amazing view

Room with you`re own entrance and private bathroom, in a new villa. There are no kitchen, but there is a small fridge, microwave, kettle, tea and coffee etc. in the room so you have what you need for a short stay. We have prioritized comfortable beds. Good sleep is important to get the most out of the trip. It is located in beautiful, peaceful surroundings, yet a short distance to Stavanger, Preikestolen etc. We are a family that lives in the rest of the house. You should have a car. The space The villa is located at the top of this beautiful area. You park for free, in an area above the villa. You go down behind the garage where you find the key box and the door to the room. The room has a lovely view of mountains and water. If you're lucky, you may come across deer while you're staying here. There are also sheep and cows grazing nearby. In April/May there are also a number of lambs, e.g. Outdoor area is not finished yet, because our house is just finished, in may 2024. But I hope that you will enjoy the place anyway. We have also started fixing up the outside area, so there is a picnic bench, a nice place to sit outside and enjoy nature. Guest access You have access to a room with your own private bathroom. The room has its own entrance and you check in yourself with a key in the keybox. You also have access to the outdoor area outside the room. The house is brand new so we haven't finished the outdoor area yet. Eventually we will have the outdoor area made nice and put a couple of chairs and a small table outside there. before the summer seasob 2025 we will finish the Outlook area. We hav just build a stair outside. See the last pictures. Other things to note We prefer to not have toddlers in this AirBnB, because crying can be heard well through the walls at night, and we have children who need good sleep before they go to school in the morning. You should have a car, as there is some limited public transport here, and about 20 minutes to walk to the nearest bus stop. There are a lot of nature and posiibilities for hike here. Beautiful surroundings everywhere. You can also visit more known areas, some of them are Preikestolen and Holtaheia: 30 minutes drive to Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock) parkinglot. 12 minutes drive to Holtaheia parkeringsplass. You also have Ritlandskrateret and eventyrskogen not far away from here.
