The Coach House is a unique property, located within the stunning grounds of a Grade II Listed, mid 18th century Palladian style manor house which is positioned within its own parkland grounds. It stands 700ft above sea level, close to the top of the Cotswold escarpment. The house boasts arguably the most spectacular views in Cheltenham, looking towards Cheltenham Racecourse, over Cheltenham and to the Malvern Hills, Brecon Beacons and the Black Mountains of Wales. The space Recently refurbished and interior designed, the Coach House is the ideal base from which to explore the Cotswolds, while having the convenience of Cheltenham Town Centre less than a 10 minute drive away. The town offers an excellent range of services and facilities hosting an abundant range of shops, bars, restaurants, theatres and sport/leisure activities. The iconic Cheltenham Racecourse, home to The Cheltenham Festival and Gold Cup plus many other racing and non-racing events, is only 3 miles away from The Coach House. Make sure to look out for the house from the Racecourse! In addition to horse racing, Cheltenham also hosts four festivals a year - the Literature, Jazz, Science and Music festivals, with everyone from world famous musical artists such as Bono from U2 to ex-Prime Ministers visiting the town to speak or perform at these festivals. Located on The Cotswolds Way, you will have easy access to over 102 miles of stunning walks, magnificent views and beautiful villages from The Coach House. Guest access Guests will also have access to the beautiful walled garden within the grounds - help yourselves to herbs and vegetables, or have a picnic! There are also an outdoor table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy a drink or a meal, overlooking the stunning views from the property. Other things to note We have some great local recommendations, which we will gladly share with you once you have booked a stay with us. We welcome dogs, but they have to be fully potty trained and well behaved. We have an expensive rug in the apartment and cannot have any pet accidents on it. We pride ourselves on always providing guests with an immaculately clean apartment - in order to maintain these standards, please let us know if you are bringing a pet as there will be an extra pet cleaning fee of £30, mainly to ensure no fur/hairs remain.
