Supermarket, only 50 m; train station i.d.N. The space We live very idyllically in the middle of Bodensdorf in a quiet settlement near the lake, 300 m. Ideal, large family apartment for parents with 2-3 kids, or 4 - 5 adults, each has their own bedroom. A 5th, possibly 6th person, can conveniently sleep on the leather double sofa bed in the living area. Infants in a foldable travel crib, on request. Very spacious and perfectly tempered, cooled, as well as heated. Window with insect screens and shutters. Well-equipped kitchen with kettle, coffee machine, fridge, oven, spacious living room with dining area (cozy cantilever armchair, baby high chair on request & large dining table), quiet area with relaxing armchair, couch, dignified lamp, TV and shelf with reading material, games, information folders for our guests to events and excursions around Bodensdorf & Villach. Wi-Fi available. For the winter: The ski bus stops about 200 m away and runs regularly to the Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn, which is about a 5-minute drive away and back. Ideal for a winter holiday. About 35 min drive to Bad Kleinkirchheim. In summer: Private seating area for our guests in the private, pretty garden, with parasol and drying rack. Space for e.g. play badminton, play ball or just end the evening chilled out... The free, new and modern beach with perfect conditions for the whole family is about a 2-minute walk. Toilets, showers, bistro, guest garden, water skiing, boat rental, sailing school, etc. Mini golf course. Quiet or active vacations with guaranteed relaxation & privacy.
