At the crossroads of Gironde, Lot-et-Garonne and Dordogne, come and enjoy the calm of our countryside and its panoramas, as this house is located on the heights of a small village with stunning views of the Garonne Valley, and known for its hikes in the surrounding forests. You can enjoy the local and artisanal products that make our region so rich thanks to the day and night markets and the producers at the farm. The space The house is made of stone, restored with respect for the authentic, it is located on 2 ha of land, it is composed of a living room with country kitchen (with fridge, gas stove with electric ovens) coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all the kitchen utensils, a living room with 4K TV, Wi-Fi, fiber internet. From the entrance, a stone staircase will lead you upstairs where you will find 2 large bedrooms with 2 beds in each, one 160 cm and one 140 cm, separated by a bathroom, with toilet. Another toilet is located on the ground floor. Outside you can enjoy a dining and relaxation area in the shade of the linden tree. Quiet and tranquility assured. Other things to note There is the possibility of making a fire in the fireplace, just let me know and I will provide wood. The rate is €10/night and can be adjusted according to the length of the stay. I can also offer breakfast (with homemade pastries, bread and butter, homemade jam, coffee, orange juice, etc.). Just let me know when you check in. The rate is €8/person.
