The space This modernised two-bedroom townhouse is situated within a low-rise 1970s urban village complex, set back from St Kilda Road behind a fenced communal garden. On the ground floor, you’ll find an open-plan kitchen, dining, living, and home office area. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and blender, with a walk-in pantry providing ample storage. The dining and living areas comfortably seat four, featuring modern furnishings, a smart TV, and a Bluetooth speaker for entertainment. The dedicated home office space offers an expansive desk, computer monitor, and ergonomic chair for remote work. A sliding door leads to the private courtyard, a perfect spot for outdoor dining or relaxation, highlighted by the striking artwork by acclaimed street artist Adnate. Also on this level is a concealed European laundry with a washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board. Upstairs, the two bedrooms each feature a queen bed, a small desk/dressing table, and fitted wardrobes with full-length mirrors.
