Hike through 71 acres dedicated to reforestation or take a dip in our refreshing pool. Eat from our produce of mangos, avocados and limes (when in season). Join us for the Pura Vida life! The space This cottage has room for up to 2 adults as the bedroom has a double bed. A child can also be accommodated, as the living room has a futon as well. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all necessary appliances, and there is an outdoor porch where you can relax on a hammock and enjoy the surrounding views. Guest access One of 10 in the area, this cottage sits on a 400-acre property, surrounded by mango trees and within walking distance to the pool. Guests have access to ample outdoor space and can enjoy the pool and numerous hiking areas. They are welcome to tour our food forrest which can be arranged with the local caretakers, and younger ones can enjoy our splash fountain on weekends between 9am and 11am (weather permitting). Each cabin has safe and free parking space. Other things to note This cabin is located in a project called Monte (short for Monte de Oración or Prayer Mount), a Christian wellness community that also hosts different events, camps and retreats, focusing on healing the body, mind and spirit. This is why, when accessing the common areas, we ask that guests be respectful of the following rules: 1. No foul language 2. No public displays of affection 3. No loud or offensive music 4. No alcohol 5. No smoking or other drugs As a Christian non-profit, part of our desire is to give back to the community through jobs, education programs, technology and infrastructure, as well as being good stewards of the land by promoting a net positive footprint with the environment.
