35 m² single maisonette, completely renovated, located in the Résidence de l'Océan on the border of the Pontaillac district. It can accommodate 4 people for more comfort, but a sofa bed is available for 2 extra guests. The residence provides tenants with two swimming pools. The space The entrance leads directly to the living room equipped with a sofa bed (2 people), a TV, a table and chairs for dining. The open kitchen is located at the back of the room and is fully equipped (microwave, oven, hood, induction 4 burners, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and filter, kettle, toaster)... A single bedroom (140 cm bed) and storage are on the ground floor. Storage is available. A separate restroom. A bathroom (shower) is located opposite the bedroom, where you will find a towel dryer, a hairdryer, a single sink and a washing machine. Finally, upstairs (mezzanine) there are two 90 cm beds. Parking places available in the residence, not allocated. Linen is not included in the price but can be provided according to your request and with surcharge, as can beds made. Duvets and pillows available Wi-Fi is available, no pets allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the property Noise at night is liable to law enforcement intervention.
