Villa Astanda is located at the top of the complex, Building 23 you will be able to enjoy incredible views from every room and balconies in the apartment. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, with all the basic utensils and kitchen tools. The apartment is located on the second floor. You will have 2 designated parking free of charges. We have a big pool with lounges and a gazebo. Also, you will be able to enjoy of our tennis/pickleball court, basketball court. In the hallway closet you will find everything for your entertainment or enjoy the beach days. Play tennis...dominoes...board games. The complex counts with security guards 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you just want to spend time with family or friends in a home that feels like home, Villa Astanda is the place for you. note: we accept fur friends with owner or Co-host authorization.
