Cosy home-from-home by the sea

With huge picture windows looking directly on to Hove seafront, this beautiful space is always full of light. You’re less than 100m to the beach, perfect for an early morning swim or paddleboard, or sunrise yoga at Rockwater, or just settling in to watch the view or read a book. The flat takes up the whole top floor of a period property, looking out to the sea at the front, and the downs at the back. The space The guest bedroom is at the front of the flat, with direct sea views. It has a double bed, desk and wardrobe. The shared living room / dining room also looks out to the sea, packed with period features, and with plenty of seating, and a smart TV. The shared galley kitchen is at the back of the flat overlooking the downs. It has a fridge, freezer, gas hob and cooker, and washing machine which guests are welcome to use during their stay. The shared bathroom is also at the back, with a bath and shower over. Guest access Guests have sole use of the front bedroom during their stay. The other rooms are shared with me, and my bedroom at the back is private. During your stay I personally check in all guests, so I can show them around and provide them with keys for their stay. This does mean there are some restrictions on check in times, but if you need an early or late check-in, please just ask and I will always try to accommodate wherever i can! I live in the property, so guests will see me throughout their stay if they have questions, and I provide my mobile number to guests if they need anything. I work full time and have a busy social life so am often out and about enjoying Brighton and Sussex, but when I am home I am very sociable and always happy to provide recommendations and advice, or just chat and swap travel stories. Other things to note I live on the top floor of a regency building, so there are a fair few stairs to get to the flat - so it isn't suitable for people with limited mobility I'm afraid.
