Dining out in Brighton offers a convenient and delightful way to enjoy high-quality meals without the hassle of cooking. For those who need to stay connected to the city, Brighton Beach Train Station is just a 10-minute walk away, providing easy access to Melbourne’s CBD and business districts. This elegant home provides a refined, comfortable base for both work and relaxation. You are welcome to bring one fury friend - just reach out and have a chat with us to make sure it's a good fit. Guest access Guests have access to 2 of the 3 bedrooms in the home making this a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom property. The 3rd bedroom is locked. No one else will be staying at the property during your stay. You have exclusive use of the home. Other things to note INCLUSIVE: As hosts, we welcome all visitors. Overseas guests, people with disabilities, families, and LGBTQI+ friendly. PETS: 1 small/medium size dog is welcome. We do ask that pets don't sleep in the beds or get up on the sofas and we prefer if they go out with you during the day as we know they can often be sad and whine at home when left behind in an unfamiliar place. NOISE: The property is in a peaceful quiet neighbourhood. To respect the peace of the community - we kindly request no loud music or loud parties. Noise curfew 10pm EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS: May be possible however we do recommend you to plan around a 3pm check-in. When your place is ready, we will let you know. If you require earlier access, consider booking the night before if available. If a guest is checking out on the day of your arrival, housekeeping needs time to prepare everything and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: May be possible depending on bookings and housekeeping schedules. Please reach out the day before check out to see if this is possible. STARTER SUPPLIES: To manage expectations, we provide you with complimentary essential starter supplies for your stay. This includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items for your comfort. This is not intended to last for the duration of your booking but to avoid having to immediately head to the supermarket on arrival. LINEN: We supply hotel quality linen and bath towels for your stay. INFANTS: For families traveling with infants, please note you will need to supply your own porta cot and linen. LONG STAYS: All stays 14-28 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable. CHECK OUT We don't want you to do a long list of chores before you check out. We just kindly ask that you put back furniture the way you found it (only if somethings been moved), stack the dishwasher put the rubbish out. Our cleaners will do the rest. AGE REQUIREMENT: We do request that adult guests are over the age of 25 years of age. 18-24 years are welcome if staying with other adults over 25 years of age. Children are welcome.
