Accessible main floor with no steps & wide doorways, close lit parking and a well lit entrance ramp provided Pool, hot tub & well lit horse shoe pit for evening games. Gamesroom in basement with pool & poker tables (snooker & Boston balls w/ 6 cues & chalk) dart board, bar with fridge, Cribbage and Chess sets (Cards & chips not supplied for poker) Relaxing living area with full kitchen. Antique stove/oven converted to electric, microwave and all reg.ular appliances plus blender, juicer, smoothie maker etc. 3 spacious bedrooms all with tv’s & dressers. Linens provided. 1550 Sq Ft Deck w/ 14 x 12 Gazebo. Fully enclosed w/ screen and blackout curtains to keep glare offf oudoor tv. Comfortable outdoor furniture. Havest picnic table by BBQ for family meals. Stay warm with deck heater. Harvest Table also inside home in Dining Room. Relax aroubnd fire table by the pool under a solar, lighted umbrella. Suntan on Chaise loungers or. read a book on hanging chair or on the covered swing couch. Turn on bug zappers to keep the critters at bay Guest access Guests are granted full access to the house and pool/hottub. The garage is not part of the rental and will be locked. There is a storage room in the basement that will be locked and a cabinet in the master bedroom will be locked as well. Other than that we want our guests to feel free to treat our home as their own and enjoy themselves with all the amenities we have to offer. Other things to note All prices and fees include Tax (HST) There are 2 fishing Kayaks in the rear leanto (behind the garage) that you are free to use. Just take care of them and return when done. Photographs are taken at the end of every rental period so we can determine if and who failed to report and damages while using Varty Lake Lodge is approx 20 mins N of Kingston and 15 mins N of Napanee. There is a store less than 5 mins way by car called "The Lucky Dollar" that has everything you could need, ie most groceries items except some meats, including Beer, Wine and Hard Alcohol. For a butcher you will have to travel to Kingston or Napanee. There is another store called McCormicks Country Store again about 5 mins away in the other direction. They have pop and a few grocery items however they have gas, diesel and propane fill pumps. There is also a Square Boys Pizza and they will deliver. My wife Julia has supplied all this information in our welcome packet. Our doors are all smart doors and you will be given a code to get in from AirBnb. When you leave they will erase the codes and you will not be able to get back in. Your phone and cars GPS should take you directly to our front door. In Harrowsmith there are a couple more pizza places that deliver. I dont believe any restaurants in Napanee oir Kingsrton will deliver this far however you could alwys call and ask personally.
