The security Guard will provide access to Key Locker containing 2 Key Fobs. (Password of Key Locker and Apartment Door will be provided by Host before to arrival via message). Upon departure, please close all lights and lock all doors. Return the two Fob Keys to the locker room. (Failure to return the Fobs will result in a fee of 100 USD per Fob.) Front door is locked by pressing and holding the top of the keypad) Other things to note Leasing agreement must be signed for reservation to be fully booked. Parking Permit required. Parking permit is provided by HOA at cost of 28 USD Per Car Per Stay (not per Day) Parking Permit paid during orientation at HOA office. Check-in permitted weekends and evenings. However, on the next business day between 8am and 5pm, a visit to the condominium reception must be performed where a 10 Minutes orientation must be conducted together with signing of condominium regulation.
