Upstairs, you'll find two spacious bedrooms, each featuring a luxurious king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a refreshing shower. Downstairs, there are two cozy bedrooms that share a well-appointed bathroom (equipped with a bathtub, no standing shower). One downstairs bedroom includes two comfortable single beds, while the other boasts a king-size bed. In one of the upstairs bedrooms, enjoy a dedicated workspace with a computer table positioned to offer a pleasant ocean view. This expansive home is an ideal retreat for families seeking relaxation and quality time together. Guest access You can use the entire property. There is a storage room upstairs that is locked where the water tank is stored, but you have the whole house to your selves. If you have sports equipment of any kind you need to let us know as we have a shed for equipment in the back yard which you can lock. We ask that no food and drink in the bedrooms or living room areas. You're free to use the kitchen and dining areas and outside in the yard. Please note that the back garden has no fence as the estate is open concept as of May 2024. Other things to note We accommodate up to 6 adults and 3 children per booking, but the total number of guests must not exceed 8 in any combination. For clarity, this means that if your group includes 3 children, you may have no more than 5 adults; alternatively, if you have 6 adults, you may include no more than 2 children. This limit helps ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone. To make your arrival smooth, please access the guest portal we'll provide and complete the check-in process before heading to the property. Please be aware that Portbeg Holiday Village features an open-concept design with no fences separating the properties. There's a facilities shed in the back garden that our staff may occasionally access, but rest assured, they will not enter the garden area of the property you've booked. For added security, we monitor entry to the property with cameras positioned only at the outside of the entrances. As part of our standard procedure, we require a €300 security authorization during your stay, which is fully released upon checkout. This is handled securely through our guest portal app, where you'll need to enter your payment details to complete it before check-in. Please note that this authorization is not a deposit—no funds are deducted from your account. It simply places a temporary hold on the amount with your bank. We implement this measure in rare instances where there may be antisocial behavior, property damage requiring an insurance claim or additional cleaning/repairs, charges for unauthorized guests who may have stayed without permission, a request for additional funds made through Airbnb that is not accepted by the guest, or a breach of our terms and conditions.
