In the heart of the DunaBlu garden - Betulla

All DunaBlu apartments are bright, ventilated, autonomous and independent and overlook the largest private garden in Duna Verde. This apartment has a loggia for a second outdoor dining area, access to a rooftop pool and other spacious and comfortable spaces for a vacation in close contact with nature. The space On request, the apartment has a comfortable indoor parking space, on the side of the private loggia, furnished with a dining table and chairs for wonderful lunches. From the loggia you can access the dining room, with table, sideboard, double sofa bed, TV and separate kitchenette. In the sleeping area there are two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds and two full bathrooms, one window that opens into a discreet protected area. Guest access All spaces are accessible to guests for free. The pool is not supervised, there is no surveillance and/or rescue service.  The use of the  pool is reserved for registered guests, the times are exposed to the entrance with rules for use (in short: you access the pool on the roof both from the stairwell and with the elevator. Minors must be accompanied). On the ground floor, in the outdoor stairs, Villa Malta and Villa Creta there are washing machines in free use for guests. --- For those arriving by car, it is recommended to set the navigator to: via Brazza 59 Duna Verde (VE) Plane + Bus There are direct connections with extra-urban buses to and from the airports of Marco Polo in Venice and Canova in Treviso to Caorle. The buses are from the ATVO (Azienda Trasporto Veneto Orientale). The summer time comes into effect from the end of May until September. From Caorle to Duna Verde you can travel by city buses. The nearest stop (about 100 meters away) is the one near the ‘Parco delle Dune’ (the first one entering Duna Verde). We recommend checking the times (ATVO) for extra-urban trips There are also direct connections from Venice (Venice Eraclea Duna Verde route), San Donà di Piave and Portogruaro. Other things to note It is recommended that guests take note of some practical aspects and the extra fees not included in the price paid through Airbnb. Some extra fees, such as the accommodation tax, are not included in the price paid so as not to increase the advancement with the percentage of the fee (about 20%) applied by Airbnb. Other costs are the only goal of enforcing the rules. For example, pierced bags, spills, or bins left full of garbage cause bad smells and recall stray insects or animals.  In the residential complex there are comfortable garbage cans, where guests can deposit the bags well closed at every hour, so that they never have to keep the garbage in the house. Similarly, the optional costs for emptying the baskets into the house and tidying up the dishes and furniture are necessary because they interfere, slowing them down, with the cleaning and preparation times of the accommodations at each guest change. Still others (linen rental, beach space, added guest, consumption costs, parking, etc.) are simple refunds at the cost price.  Tourist tax The tourist tax is €1.30 per person per night for a maximum of 10 nights, it is payable in cash upon arrival. There are exemptions and reductions depending on the age of the children, the residence, the physical condition.  Security deposit of €200 is required to ensure compliance with the rules stated in the listing, to be paid in cash upon arrival with the accommodation tax. CHECK-IN - CHECK OUT  Check-in, always by appointment, is free from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (3 p.m. - 7 p.m.) Please advance by message any special needs for arrivals and departures after standard time, bearing in mind that a surcharge may be charged (to reimburse the travel expenses to the person who will come to welcome you at the ‘after hours’) of €20 for arrivals after 9 pm (9 pm) of €40 for the next ones. EXTRA GUESTS  The price shown refers to the number of guests listed on the listing. Any extra guests, if authorized, pay a surcharge of €15 per day per person, from 2 years of age; of €10 per person up to 24 months. BLANKETS  The apartment has blankets and bedspreads. SHEETS and TOWELS Please  note that the price does not include the supply of linens (sheets and towels).  Upon request and until stocks last, we can provide linens at a cost of €12 per person for each change. The request must be made in advance to allow us to organize. For hygiene reasons, guests are required to use the sheets. If guests do not use it, the cost of €100 will be charged to sanitize the mattresses and pillows, plus the laundry fee for the protective towels. BEACH PLACE  The beach is both free and equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. It is about 250/300 meters from DunaBlu. We can also provide the beach spot, at the cost of €18 per day for an umbrella and two sunbeds, upon reservation and until the seats are exhausted.  EXTRA PAYMENT - SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUND  All extras must be paid in cash upon arrival to the person who will come to welcome you, with the accommodation tax and the security deposit.   Check-out is always by appointment, and the standard time is from 9.00 to 10.00 (9 - 10 am). It is recommended to anticipate the time for the verification of the apartment and the return of the security deposit.  In the case of early departures, or in any case when the appointment has not been agreed, the security deposit will be returned as soon as possible, by bank transfer to the IBAN that will be provided, with bank fee borne by the guest. INDOOR PARKING SPACE IN THE GARDEN  DunaBlu is served by free public parking in front of the entrance gate on Via Brazza 59.  It is possible, until the seats are exhausted, to park a car in the parking space inside the garden, in front of the entrance of the apartment, at a cost of € 3.00 per day. Parking is not guarded and you are not liable for any damage to the vehicle or the contents of it. Dumpsters In the dedicated area (near the gates on Via Brazza) there are recycling bins. Waste must be deposited in closed bags (so as not to dirty the bins) and separated: - damp,  - paper and cardboard,   - plastic  - glass and cans/aluminum  - indifference The area is video surveillance to discourage the spread of waste or undifferentiated storage. In case of transgression, €50 will be withheld from the security deposit. RESTING HOURS  It is recommended to keep the sound fixtures (radio, TV, video, etc.) and voices at a low volume, to preserve the quiet. From 11:00 pm to 9:00 am (11 pm - 9 am) please be quiet. CAMERAS  There is a video surveillance system for security exclusively on the outdoor area (garden, parking, pool). SIDE BEDS AND HIGH CHAIR  Loungers, child seats and small children's sides are provided free of charge, upon request in advance (so we can organize), until stocks last. PETS SMALL PETS  are allowed, trained to stay in the house, and only upon request and authorization. Pets must have their own kennel and cannot climb on beds or couch. In case of an animal's stay, an extra €30 per week or fraction of the week is due. Pets are prohibited from accessing the pool. In common areas, they must be kept on a leash or carrier.  Pet owners are required to collect garden deeds because the free space is frequented by other guests who may walk around barefoot. GAMES - POOL - ELEVATORS Minors must be supervised by an adult, who evaluates the suitability and safety,  in the use of the games, of the unattended pool, and may not use the elevator unless accompanied by an adult. Duna Blu di Sfere disclaims all liability for any accidents, accidents or damages, informing that no type of surveillance is provided.
