Upstairs, four bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 guests. The primary suite is a true retreat with its own private balcony, a soaking tub, and a separate glass-enclosed shower. A second full bathroom and a convenient half-bath serve the rest of the home. Every tub and shower has been freshly resurfaced, and the main living spaces were just repainted. Refrigerated central A/C keeps the entire home cool and comfortable through the warmest months. Out back, a brand-new composite deck frames sweeping Sandia Mountain views — a prime spot to catch the hot air balloons each fall, especially during October's Balloon Fiesta, when the morning sky fills with color right from the balcony. Just below, a shaded covered porch keeps you cool on warm afternoons, and a griddle is provided for outdoor cooking. Guest access You'll have the entire home to yourself, including the private deck with mountain views, the fully equipped kitchen, all four bedrooms, and free driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles. Self check-in is easy with the keypad on the front door — no waiting and no key handoff. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Both are flexible and can often be adjusted upon request and approval, so just reach out if you need different times. We're available by message throughout your stay and typically respond within an hour if anything comes up. Other things to note Welcome! A few notes to help your stay go smoothly and keep this home great for you and future guests. Smoking outside: While there's no smoking of any kind indoors, you're welcome to smoke anywhere outside — just please pick up after yourself and dispose of all cigarette butts properly. They're a biohazard, and we want to keep the grounds clean and safe for everyone. Trash & recycling: Bins are in the backyard — black is trash, blue is recycle. Please sort accordingly. Pick-up is Friday mornings, so if you're here Thursday night, please set the bins at the curb. Consumables: We stock a starter supply of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels to get you settled in. Since every group's needs are different and it's hard to predict how much each stay will use, guests are responsible for restocking once the starter supply runs out. We'd rather give you a comfortable head start than guess wrong! Your privacy & safety: For everyone's peace of mind, the property has exterior security cameras, a smoke alarm, and a carbon monoxide alarm. There are no cameras inside the home. A note on the rules: We keep things relaxed and just want everyone to enjoy the home. That said, violations of these house rules may result in penalties, fines, and removal from the property without a refund of any kind, and in serious cases the proper authorities may be contacted.
