Guest are not allowed to use living space Guest are not allowed to use dishwasher Guest are not allowed to enter office space If guest really needs laundry done there is a Laundromat about 12 mins, Seashore Washateria. Address is 20240 Park Row Dr Unit D, Katy, TX 77449 Guest must bring their own beddings. Host provides mattress, bed. If you forgot anything there’s a Walmart, about 5 minutes from the place. Guest can order and send beddings, and towels ahead of their trip to the address and it will be kept in their rooms for them. House has one key for entering. Must leave the key behind the outdoor plant. Don’t take with you. If arriving with your own vehicle, please park reasonably in the driveway. Remember it’s a shared space. Other guest including me will have their car parked in the driveway as well. Trash days are Wednesdays and Saturdays. Trash cans for garbage are located outside the home towards the left side.
