The space The property consists of 300 acres , guarded with security staff 24/7/365. The whole place is surrounded with private coconut and cocoa plantations, private hiking routes, a private giant fern forrest, and with amazing panoramic views to Samana Bay, Cayo Levantado, and historic Arrow Bay and Arrow Beach. We are located right above Hotel Luxury Gran Bahia Samana, with whom and we share beach access (Important: Access must be announced, and since its and "Adults Only Resort," under 18 cannot access) Price includes staff assistance 24/7, dominican lady cook (for breakfast and lunch only), and full electricity fee. Check from 10:00 am, and we totally flexible with check out time. The villa consists of three houses connected by staircases. The middle house feature common areas are : living room, dining room, kitchen, pool with super large deck. And the higher and lower houses both feature 4 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs each), for a total of 8 bedrooms. All rooms are 100% independent, and measure 592 sq ft each ( 55mt2). They all have both a front door and a back door, and a private en suite bathroom. They all feature airconditioning. Our staff can help you with everything you may need, including grocery shopping, and authentic local fishing trips. They are all present 24/7 in the property during the lenght of stay. And general manager (Alex) lives permantly at a staff quarter. Our house has been set location for several Tourism brochures and Magazines, International TV reality show crews, International and local Model Shooting locations, and some spectacular weddings, and yoga/holistic trips. Periodically we receive visits from the Santo Domingo Botanic Garden executives, and some really famous photographers like Eladio Fernandez, (Conservation photographer and iLCP) who discovered and named a unique type of flower hidden in the heart of our land: the Aristolochia Marioni (registered in October 2019) Guest access The layout of our house includes many staircases. So we dont recomend it for elederly, or people with walking difficulties. On the other hand, our guestas have unlimited acess to al 200 acres, including the hiking routes surrounding the villa. You can have staff from the villa to guide you during yout hiking tours within the property. The nearet beach is almost across our property"s main access. And one of our staff will be glad to be near if you wish to have any help Other things to note If you don't have a car, consider renting one. Its needed in this area. This property is not recommended for people with moving difficulties, since there are many staircases.
