There is reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning, and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. The open plan living area is spacious and comprises the kitchen, living & dining rooms. In the lounge, there is a large wall-mounted television with USB & HDMI ports, CD player and radio. Pablo's Place has a fully-equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, deep freezer & large fridge with freezer on top. There is a coffee pod machine, and guests will need to bring Espressotoria-compatible capsules or they can be purchased locally. Adjoining the master bedroom is a 2nd lounge room with seating, and television with USB & HDMI ports; which has direct access to the outdoor patio. There is also a workspace with monitors & keyboard for those working remotely, plus a DVD player & DVDs. At the rear of the holiday house is an undercover entertaining area with dining and lounge seating spaces, ceiling fan, café blinds, and a hooded gas barbecue overlooking the secure rear yard. There is also a fire pit, and guests will need to bring wood to use and check fire regulations. There is off-street parking behind the fence in a secure yard for up to 3 vehicles with room for a boat, and 1 vehicle can be parked in the secure garage.
